We are a Philippines based call center. I'd like a list of Trade and
Business Development groups in the USA. My goal is to contact them and
make sure that we are listed as a potential vendor for inbound call
center outsourcing or foreign investment. I'd like a list of contacts,
Name, Phone number and email addresses from every state and any other
locations.

Type in "Philippines Consulate" and you'll get a listing of Consolates
from different areas around the world. These would be one example of a
type of organization that refers business for Trade. There are more,
but start with this.  Business Development groups might be separate.
You could even type in "Business Development" and get related
businesses.
