madisonseattle,

I am a Google Answers Researcher, and I live in North Seattle. I can
help sort this out for you, but I need as much information as you can
provide.

1) name and phone number of the leasing company.
2) name of the person you spoke to there.
3) property address, complex name that you were interested in renting.

Holland Residential /
Leasing Agent was "Hope". /206-285-7100 / Dexter at Lake Union Apartments
1214 Dexter Ave. Seattle, Wa. 98109
Unit 714

I went there and say a unit I liked, applied and was called and told of
my approval. I said great I'll come in and see you. But i never did. I
had to got to Asia and got deathly sick. So the jest of it is that I
then came back and called to see what they had and was told that my
free 6 weeks was up and that i owed on my unit #714. I never signed a
lease or took the keys. I very-much want to move there. But feel
cheated!! PS: My NAME IS STEPHANIE DIPPEL HELP WHAT'S THE ANSWER?

How do you owe on a lease when you never signed a lease or received
keys? It's an invalid contract, isn't it?
