I'm looking for data (or a report) on what companies in the US spend
on hardware maintenance (fixing broken mainframes, servers, PC's,
etc).  The more detail the better.  I'm specifically interested in
what companies spend on printer maintenance, not including paper costs,
toner, ink, etc.
