We are small mail order firm.  We want to describe "world class
service" to our managers and representatives in postive terms so that
we can establish benchmarks and goals to work towards.  We want the
summary to be concise and memorable and really describe a superior
customer experience from a customer perspective.  Rather than coming
up with that document from scratch, are there brief documents out
there that we could begin to work from?
