Hi tomciro,

Please follow these steps:

Open Outlook. Click File > Import and Export.

Select "Export to a File" > Next.

Select "Microsoft Excel" > Next.

Select "Contacts" > Next.

Under 'Save exported file as' name the file as you want. > Next.

A check should be next to the file you want to export. Click Finish.

Open a new email and attach the file you just saved. Send the email.

Your friend who receives the email should do the following:

Save the file just received anywhere. Saving on Desktop while be the
most convenient.

Open Outlook. Click File > Import and Export.

Select "Import from another program or file" > Next.

Select "Microsoft Excel" > Next.

Click Browse to find the file saved. If it was saved on Desktop,
search there to find it. Click Next.

Under Destination Folder, select "Contacts".

A check should be next to the file you want to import. Click Finish.

Your contacts should now be in your friend's contact list.

Please let me know if the above procedure works with you.

Best regards,
Rainbow
