Thank you very much for the rating and comment on my answer. As to the
currency, it's USD. I obtained the information in Argentine pesos
(ARS) and converted it to USD before posting it.
Now, I've seen in another question of yours that a fellow researcher
has suggested that these prices might be inaccurate. I welcome the
alert because our askers deserve precise information. I'll be in
Buenos Aires by Tuesday, and there I'll try to get other sources to
check the prices' accuracy. You'll hear from me in a few days.

This evening I received the information I requested a few days ago
from a pharmacist in Buenos Aires. While I haven't confirmed whether
I'm authorized to mention the source, you can take my word that this
is first hand information from an established pharmacy in Buenos
Aires.
You'll see three figures for each product, where the first one is the
retail price, the second one the standard wholesale price, and the
third one the wholesale price agreed between the wholesaler and than
particular pharmacy (14% discount on standard wholesale price).
All the prices are in American dollars.
Currency Conversion Rates (according to xe.com Universal Currency
Converter (http://www.xe.com/ucc/ ); live mid-market rates as of
2005.06.14 01:29:22 UTC.):
1 USD = 2.87875 ARS
1 ARS = 0.347373 USD
LISTAFLEX (carisoprodol): 7.74 - 6.19 - 5.33
GLUTASEDAN (diazepam): 2.43 - 1.94 - 1.67
INSOMMIUM (zopiclona): 10.35 - 8.28 - 7.12
