Probably instaled spyware: To remove it: start - settings - control panel - add or remove programs. There is the list of installed programs, which you can unistall. This one is some "...... bar" If this won´t work, use some antispyware program eg. http://paretologic.com/xoftspy/?hop=habarr |

Its a sign of spyware infection. Download any free antispyware program to scan you computer: Ad aware, spybot, MS antispyware. If they don't help choose from wide range of commercial products. Beware there are lots of programs which are not recommended because of poor quality or intolerant techniques. Visit corrupt antispyware link to see the list: http://www.2-spyware.com/corrupt-anti-spyware |
