I would like to know 2005 (or most recent available) *commercial*
vacancy rates for:
 
Vancouver BC (canada), 
Richmond BC 
Surrey BC
West Vancouver BC
Halifax NS
Ottawa ON

I have found "vacancy rates" at Colliers International but do not see
any "commercial" vacancy rates listed. Since i want to make a
comparrison to some locally quoted commercial vacancy rates, I need to
be sure I'm offering apples to apples ...

PS - it would be REALLY cool if i had this in time for a public
meeting this monday night (so I'll do the $35), but I will be
(reluctantly) satisfied with a slightly (:-) longer response.
