What is most likely happening, is that windows isn't being shut down properly.
This way, data could get corrupt, that's why windows checkes your
harddrive if it hasn't been shut down properly.
To shut down properly, click start and then shutdown and follow the instructions.
Or press ALT-F4 (when all programs (including shortcut-bars (close
them using ALT-F4) are closed).
