I recently installed Oaks Classic Pavers in the Grayfield color, and am unhappy with the color. Can you recommend a stain that I can use to make the color look more brown? How should I remove the efflorescence first? Thank you. |

Check out the products made by ProSoCo (I think they are in Kansas) and Eaco Chem (New Castle, PA) Both have efflorescence removing chemicals. Restaining can be very monolithic in color and may not be what you are seeking. Perhaps a "paver enhancer" (also sold by both companies) will help as it darkens your pavers and seals them. I have sold both companies products in the course of my business. |

Thanks for your help. I really am looking for stains, though, as the normal color of these pavers is variegated -- too much so for my taste. Any stains for pavers that anybody can recommend? |
