Hi,
I am looking for contact info for 4 bulk email providers that must fit
these criteria:
1) they must be a *full-service* company that sends out all the email
on behalf of me as well as arrange a "middle site" also for me (see
question 3)

2) they must have at least 10 mio email addresses they send out to

3) they must also arrange a "middle"-site between my "real" site and
the site that the bulk-email refers to/points to (when people click on
the link in the email then they shoudl be directd to the "middle
site")

4) the bulk email company must *not* use "relay" when they send their emails.

5) the company must allow me to give them a couple of email addresses
to be out in their mailing list.

NB I am *not* looking for bulk email companies that that sends out
millions of emails per month for 29 USD or 89 USD...Also, I am not
interested in companies that only provide an email list and/or
software to send out emails.


I am only looking for email-companies that fits the description from 1 to 5 above.
