Ok.

About the 100 USD question then it can easily be solved by going to
any local pharmacy and ask them to call the 3 suppliers and get teh
wholesale prices for the 3 products. Perhaps the local pharmacy even
knows the wholesale prices for the 7 products.

I tried that and always with the same result, employees did not give
me that info and or contact, I will try in other pharmacies and places
(I'll send some emails and try to visit the distributors).
