My birthday is August 29, 1989 and I live in Ontario, Canada. I am
going to be moving to Virginia, USA in July, so I won't be here to get
my G1 (driver's permit) in Ontario. They say that you are allowed to
get your full license in Virginia when you are 16, but that's
asssuming you have gotten your permit at 15. I want to know what's the
fastest way I'd be able to get my full license if I'm going to be
living in Virginia for the next 5 years, and what exact day will it be
that I have my permit and my full license assuming that the day I move
to Virginia (July 11th, 2005) I go to write my test and get my permit,
and everything that i have to do such as going to write tests and
taking driving lessons are done on the earliest possible days. Also i
have american citizenship and canadian citizenship and a residence in
both VA and ON.

answer within 1 hour please.

The fastest way will be to schedule an appointment for the written
test date for the permit as soon as you move there. After that you
must hold a permit for 6 months in order to get your license so you
will have to wait that long for a full license. More detail is
availabe here: http://www.dmv.state.va.us/webdoc/citizen/drivers/vadm/vadm1-5.asp
and look around at the rest of the driver's manual for specifications,
documents required and a practice test.

Good luck getting your license, and schedule an appointment soon for
that day at the DMV because they are very busy.
