Hello uzzz,
Thank you for your question.
AOL's cityguide for Phoneix claims that the world's smallest museum is
a local attarction of theirs:
http://www.digitalcity.com/phoenix/entertainment/venue.adp?sbid=118132147
"Every small town in America seems to boast some attention-getting
attraction that aims to give it an identity. Yet while most
attractions claim "the world's largest something-or-other," Superior
boasts the World's Smallest Museum. A mere 134 square feet, with five
exhibits on each side of a central hallway, the pint-sized museum
showcases "artifacts of ordinary life," such as a 1984 Compaq computer
encased in glass. Simplicity, subtlety and a touch of humor make old
kitchen items, historical documents, Geronimo's keepsakes, mining
articles and political exhibits stand out. And as small as it is, the
museum has a big reputation for housing Arizona's largest Apache Tear,
a brown gemstone that looks like a ball of natural glass more
scientifically known as a "merikinite obsidian nodule." -- Michael

FAQ's:
"Q: Just how small is World's Smallest Museum?
A: Our roadside attraction is a mere 134 square feet under roof and
subdivided into 10 glass enclosed display booths, 5 on each side of
the tiny building. A walkway down the middle through the length of the
museum leaves only 80 square feet to display artifacts!
Q: Where is World's Smallest Museum?
A: World's Smallest Museum is located in central Arizona on historic
US 60 in Superior, Arizona. It is about 65 miles East of Phoenix and
25 West of Globe, Arizona.
Q: How much does it cost to visit World's Smallest Museum?
A: It is FREE! How many roadside attractions can say that! However, we
hope you will like it enough to donate a dollar or two. Small museums
need love too!
Q: When is World's Smallest Museum open?
A: This roadside attraction is open everyday except Tuesday 8am to
1:30pm MST (Summer Hours)..."
The Book of Joe claims another is the world's smallest, but offers no
dimensions to back it up:
http://www.bookofjoe.com/2004/12/worlds_smallest.html
World's smallest museum - Musée-Placard d'Erik Satie
It was the long-time home home of the great 20th-century composer.
Located at 6, rue Cortot, 75018 Paris, France
Telephone: 42 78 15 18
There is precious little about this online and no dimensions at all.
However, this page claims that the Arizona museum is certified to be
the world's smallest:
http://www.sudftw.com/smallest.htm
And to add further credibility, museum.com agrees:

Now, funomena claims to have the world's smallest MOBILE musem:
http://funomena.org/default.htm
Another site describes is as:
"The world's smallest museum on wheels featuring 13 mind-boggling
exhibits of the weird and strange! See Real Elvis Hair, the Amazing
Weeping Icon and Alien Abduction Evidence. A site not to miss!..."
Though I could not find actual dimensions, it appears just slightly
larger than the average bath tub.
Be that as it may, dozens and dozens of sites, including some in
Israel - seem to agree that the Arizona museum is is the official
world's smallest.
