If I understand your question you have a source of thermal heat at
200ºC and you want to know how to use it.

For example you can use it to boil water and use the steam to generate
electricity or to move a machine.

Am I well oriented?

I have 57degrees temperature from a bore well which is in the ground
at 1750feet. If I go down further and find in excess of
200degrees!!(maybe), apart from electricity what else can I use this
temp. for that will create work.

What you can do with a heat source at 200 degrees depends on what
temperature scale you are using to express that temperature. Relative
to "room temperature", a 200 Kelvin source would be very cold, a 200
Celsius source would be rather hot, a 200 Farenheit source would get
you sub-boiling (unless you live at a high altitude) water suitable
for brewing coffee or tea, and a 200 Rankine source would be extremely
cold.

I have 57degrees temp.from a bore well that is down 1750feet which I
use to heat cold mineral water through a heat exchanger this then goes
into a large outdoor pool which holds 100,000 litres of water heated
to 38degrees for public use. There are also 4 private pools which
holds 6000 litres of water @ 41degrees temp. My question is, if I go
down further and bring up hotter water, say 200 degrees hot temp. what
could I do with this temp. that will create work, work well with the
enviroment and be able to export the products. I know I can use this
temp. for electrical use in regards to heating, but what about
horticulture, permaculture or something. Any ideas??

Since it is now apparent that you are talking about degrees
centigrade, using the superheated (200°c) water to irrigate plants
would be out of the question - unless you live in a very chilly
climate, where you could us the water for
heating greenhouses or buildings.
