I am looking for a digital voice recorder; the reason being I have
some minor problems with my short term memory, and I need something
convenient to take memos to myself.

There are many such voice-memo gadgets on the market, I know, I just
want to find the right one before I buy, especially as I'll have to
justify the expense to my employer, who may volunteer to pay for it.

The primary requirement is that it be very small and light. I'll be
carrying this around with me pretty much 24/7 and using it regularly,
so something that can be conveniently worn/clipped to clothing would
be ideal.

Other desirable but non-essential features:
* can upload recordings to a PC
* can sort/file recordings (so I can separate recordings on several
different topics, as I'll be using it for pretty much everything)
* simple activation mechanism - I don't want to have to make seven
keypresses to start recording

I'm looking ideally to spend less than $150, but I'll consider
anything if it fits the bill. Must deliver to the UK.
