What is the cost of ventilation in a Fast Food Restaurant?

I would like to know how much money the ventilation hood over the deep
fryer costs. I am interested in knowing the air flow, if the heat is
reused, if it is cleaned before it is exhausted, and a rough
calculation of the price, in a specific climate.
