I own a small business, the structure is a sole Member LLC. Myself
and one very part time employee. The part timer is full time elsewhere
and I won't be covering or offering him Insurance. I am located in
New Jersey. I have had my ups and downs looking for health insurance.
 I've used Blue
Cross a few years back, Prudential which turned into Aetna, which i
presently have. I have no prexisting conditions and no medication, no
surgery since tonsils (25 years ago),don't smoke, in great shape. I
just had a physical and no problems. I think I'm paying too much
(305/month) for very little coverage. My copay at the Dr (when i do
go) is 20 bux. There is no
prescription plan. There is no dental coverage.

What is a good plan for small business that will give a lot of
benefits. I think im overpaying and getting too little in return.
I've had this insurance for 4+ years. Blue Cross for 5+ years before
that. I'd like someting that has health, dental and prescription. If
not all three then maybe suggestions on each. I have some cruddy
dental plan seperately, not worth mentioning. Horizon. thanks!

Sometimes the local Chamber of Commerce offers a plan to its members.
You might want to check into that. Are you a member of any trade
associations? Sometimes the local and national levels of those
organizations offer plans to their members. Good luck. I'm in the same
boat. :o)

Nope.. not a member of the Chamber of commerce. A friend of mine is
and I find it's beneficial if you deal with the general public, but I
don't. No trade associations either. Check back and hopefully
someone will give me some good information :)
