Hi Nickawake!
I have found an authoritative source of world records for the video
gaming industry.
I can provide you with the records for
- Tetris - Platform: NES 1 Life Only [Game-A]
- Tetris Gameboy record for lines and points
No Scores have been entered for Tetris DX at this time.
Please let me know if the names of the above record holders with the
scores would be a satisfactory answer to your question?
I can also provide you with a link to the database where you will be
able to search for Tetris scores for other platforms and variations.
Thanks,
Bobbie7

hello, and thank you for your reply.
i'm glad you told me that. i'm assuming by that you are meaning the
twin galaxies database. this is only partial to what i need as their
records were reset in light to more rigid verification requirements.
for example, their best use to be a 700000+ score, but that was
removed.
What would suffice with lower payment would be 3 scores i vaguely
remember seeing for gameboy:
that 700000+ which -was recorded by nintendo i think-
a japanese 650000ish personal account
and i believe i once saw 999999 maxout picture verification that may
or may not have been faked.
if these sources could be located, then i guess that would be good
enough for me. i am more so looking for what is the best achieved
score on record rather than what is authoritative as of now.
again, thanks.

Thank you for your clarification. You?re correct about Twin Galaxies
as that?s the website I found.
If I locate any other Tetris records I?ll let you know. In any case
your question is still open and hopefully another researcher will find
the precise information you need.
Best regards,
Bobbie7
