I am a start-up company looking to sell a product on the Internet. The
product will be a web-based portal where the user will buy a
subscription for access and then return to the site to use the
product.

I am looking for 3 - 5 leading eCommerce platform vendors who are able
to meet the following requirements:

- Platform for hosting sales pages (pages that present a user with an
offer for a product) where certain design elements on the page can be
changed quickly (such as pictures, words, colors, etc.)

- Registration engine (they are able to assign a user an account name
and password, as well as store a users registration detail such as
name, address, shipping address, credit card data, etc.

- Are able to process payments for products via credit cards
- Are able to offer multiple pricing models such as % discounts,
coupon codes for redemption on the website, etc.

- Are able to provide a tool for customer suppport to use to service
these customers via email or phone. The tool will give the CSR rep.
visibility to key pieces of data, although not to kep pieces of
personal data
