This is a multiple-part question, about three related items:

1. What is the average profit (percentages) an automobile
manufacturer makes on an American (not foreign) car? Please cite a
credible source and the date the statistics were published.

2. What is the average profit (percentages) a dealership makes on
each American-made automobile it sells, not including any money they
make on financing? (Again, I am not interested in knowing this
information for foreign cars, just American.) Please cite a credible
source and the date the statistic was published.

3. What does the automobile sales person make, on average, on the
sale of a typical American automobile? Please cite a credible source
and the date the statistic was published.
