I would like to start a leasing company. I would like to provide
leases for a new company who will be franchising a vending machine.
Typically a franchisee will buy 10-20 machines at about $1500 - $1800
each.

What is involved from a legal standpoint?
How do I secure my investment?
How much can I charge and what is the formula?
What are the risks?
What are the rewards and benefits of this venture?
Can I require that the lease payments are automatically
debited from a bank account or credit card each month so I
don't have to deal with billing and receivable issues?
Who owns the equipment at the end of the lease? Is there a buyout?

Any information on starting a leasing business will be appreciated and
depending on depth of information, tipped accordingly.
