bird bath
rockery
etc
for domestic use in the uk or can be inported

What I had in mind are fake fiberglass rocks. I think they would work
for what you want, but I don't know if they are big enough to cover
the tanks you mention. Do you need to cover an entire tank or just a
portion that protrudes above ground.
