Hi Andy,
Firstly, I want to consider that you are using meta tags. In order to
make sure that you are doing what you want them to do, I strongly
recommend taking a look at this useful and insightful article:
http://searchenginewatch.com/webmasters/meta.html
Google has a page already created just for you to get an understanding
of what could possibly be going wrong. The link is given below, and
the section that pertains to you is titled: "My web pages used to be
listed and now they are not"
I have just conducted the following search and it returns the
homepage, but no other pages (don't worry I've tested this with other
keywords besides fitness that are on other pages):
This means that your site is being picked up...
That said, its also worth understanding how the Google Search engine
works so that you can do everything in your power to optimize
visibility. This is done by the PageRank algorithm:
"PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using
its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page's value.
In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote,
by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume
of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that
casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves "important"
weigh more heavily and help to make other pages 'important.'
Important, high-quality sites receive a higher PageRank, which Google
remembers each time it conducts a search. Of course, important pages
mean nothing to you if they don't match your query. So, Google
combines PageRank with sophisticated text-matching techniques to find
pages that are both important and relevant to your search. Google goes
far beyond the number of times a term appears on a page and examines
all aspects of the page's content (and the content of the pages
linking to it) to determine if it's a good match for your query."

So it is possible that a combination of incorrectly formulated META
tags, no "votes" from other websites to the individual pages is the
cause of your problem. Also remember that the crawler may be in the
process of ranking your site when you search and therefore doesn't
reflect changes in linking or meta tags immediately (its actually a
four week cycle). Lastly, it is completely possible that there could
be a "glitch" with the technology, and if so, Google staff are
probably working away to fix the problem as we speak :)
You may also wanto to consider the paid search solutions Google offers
now or in the future to optimize the results for your site:

Lastly, you may try contacting Google directly by email as a last
alternative:

If you have difficulty understanding anything above, please post a
clarification I will clear it up for you.
Cheers and good luck!
