Question ID: 528431
Specifically, I would like to know how many stock quote page views
with advertising occurred globally over the last five years? Future
projections?

Elaboration: "Stock quote page views with advertising" means a page
with advertising that is served to a user as the result of the user
requesting a stock quote. For example, Yahoo Finance allows you to
type in a stock symbol and then serves up a stock quote and other
info. on a page containing advertising. I call that one page view.
How many of these type of page views are occuring each year? What is
the recent trend (last five years or however many years of data you
can get)? If possible, what is the projected growth rate for this
number?

If you still have time, listing who are serving up the lions' shares
of the total number of pages would be helpful too. For example,
"Yahoo is serving xx% of all the page views for stock quotes, Google
is serving up zz%, etc."

Finally, if you still have time, knowing where the stock quotes are
being served would be useful. For example, "xx% of page views are on
computers connected to the internet with DSL or better connections and
yy% of page views are occurring on cell phones or mobile devices."

VERY IMPORTANT: Please list your sources (& urls). Converging
evidence from multiple sources increases my confidence in the numbers.
I especially need two or more sources for the main question about the
overall number of stock quote page views with advertising for at least
the most recent year.
