Calculate the effective throughput (i.e., the number of data bytes per
time unit) over a TCP connection between hosts 1 and 2, that are in
the same subnet (very close to each other), using a 10Mb/s IP
connectivity, where a 10Mbyte bulk of data needs to be transmitted,
when no segment loss occurs. Assume that the packet processing times
at both hosts are 0 ns (negligible), ACKs are piggybacked for a
continuous segment transmission, the advertised window is 100 MByte,
and the maximum segment suze is 1Mbyte. Also assume that a connection
needes to be opened and closed per bulk transmission, and the the
transmission (parameters in both directions are the same) is
symmetric. Show your work and the timing diagram (with all segments
sent among both hosts.)
