What's the percentage of households in the EU that have at least one
bidet in the home? Overall average and penetration by country would be
ideal.

Needs to be from a credible, quotable source.

Hi brondell,

just want to let you know I have e-mails out all over Europe.
I hope to have something for you soon. When you say "in the
EU" are you very strictly concerned with the European Union,
or do you just mean the continent of Europe? (Doesn't have
to include all these recent additions to the EU, in other
words?) cath-ga

either continental europe or EU member countries would suffice. and if
data could be broken out separetely for individual countries in
addition to the aggregate that would be ideal.

thanks!

brondell-
I'm sorry to say an Internet search (in English) and many e-mails
to Europe haven't turned up any figures. I'm hoping that perhaps
a European colleague can find what you're looking for. Apparently
a French researcher has done some research and has some numbers
but I've been unable to get a response from the BBC Scotland radio
station that interviewed him on the Fred Macaulay show. Good luck to
you and my fellow researchers... cath-ga
