I need a list of all the Canadian broadcasters of children's
television, along with contact name, address and phone numbers to the
individual who purchases and schedules the children's lineup.  A map
of the territories with the broadcasters would be ideal too.

If you are unable to get a Google Answer, you could try asking the
Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commision. They are
the agency responsible for licencing TV stations in Canada.

Go to  http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/welcome.htm  and click on "Complaints
and Inquiries" in the left panel, then pose your "request" in the
message box.

A. The CRTC does not maintain or publish lists of radio and television
stations. Neither does Industry Canada. However, commercial publishing
houses produce some directories that may be helpful. One or more of
