I recieve a summons about two weeks ago for urinating in public. It
was one of those situation were I was hagging out with some friends at
a bar drinking. In my stupidity I didn't use the restroom before we
left. Half-hour later I am in the car with my bladder ready to
explode. So I told my friend to stop the car and I went to a cornner
and behind a tree I relieved myself. It was 1:00 in the morning, dark
and nobody around. The police came out of no where. I want to know
should I just plea guilty and if this will affect me in any way. This
is the first time I ever got a summons or ticket in my life. Will I
have a record because of this.

Doing it on a tree is the real crime (it hurts the tree, and all of us
NYC types love our very distressed street trees). You should have done
it between parked cars onto and into the gutter.

Consult a lawyer.
