how can i get the drivers window up on my 1995 honda accord when the
power motor has quit working?

Remove the door panel. Remove the bolts holding the windows to the
regulator. Push the window up and tape it into place.  Optionally,
check to see if your window motor will go up without the weight of the
glass on it, and resecure the window.
