We plan on flying to Maui, Hawaii (OGG) for our Honeymoon. Here is the
challenge: We have Frequent Flyer miles which can bring us from
Atlanta (ATL) to almost any airport in the U.S. for almost free, but
not enough miles to bring either one of us to from ATL to any Airport
in Hawaii ... so flights Honolulu-Maui are not helpful ;-)

There are specials every once in a while. ATA had one for $199 flying
from the West Coast, but I missed that one.

Here is the question: Are there any deals from "anywhere in the U.S."
to OGG with travel dates 08/04/05-08/04/05 below $400? I tried random airports
with Expedia and the closest I could get was travelling from Portland
(PDX) for $582 but that was leaving early in the morning and would
make us stay a night in PDX costing probably another $100-$150.

The other option would be flying to Honolulu (HNL), but that needs to
be far more cheaper because we need to pay another $180 each to get to
Maui.

I heard that there are "travel alerts". But how can I set them flying
to OGG when I don't know the "leaving from"-airport?

both Aloha & Hawaiian. However, about the absolute cheapest fares are
