I am looking for a list of the best companies to design a custom high
quality high impact Flash intro. My budget is $500-$1,000 and I would
like the intro to be maybe 15-20 seconds long. It would be in the
category of fashion.

There's no more need to answer this question, I found a designer that
had the kind of work I was looking for, for the budget I wanted. I
already got a quote from them.  There website is:
