I need to find out which companies are sending out a large volume of
email on a monthly basis.  This needs to be a way to find people that
are not bulk-emailers/spammers or ISPs that are relaying.  I am trying
to identify companies that core to their business they are sending out
lots of emails and the volume.

Do you supply the addresses? Or shall the company be also getting
those for you? Do you just need the 'gateway' to send or the whole
thing automated for some campaign?
