Hello All,

I'm currently an L-1 VISA holder and plan to marry my fiancé (U.S.
Citizen) in Jamaica next week. At present we reside in Los Angeles
County. Once I do marry how soon am I able to leave the company that
is currently sponsoring me for my L-1 VISA? My understanding is that
the Jamaican marriage certificate takes from 8 to 10 weeks until it is
sent, am I able to leave my employer before then without fear of being
deported? Am I able to seek other employment immediately? Finally
once I do receive the certificate what I.N.S. forms do I need to
complete and return to U.S. Immigration?

Thank you in advance.
