Question ID: 528980
I am looking for any market research that shows how how many high
deductible, H.S.A. compatible health insurance plans have been sold in
California.

There are a number of websites http://www.hsainsider.com,
http://www.hsafinder.com and others that will tell you related things

(a) the number of H.S.A. compatible health insurance products and
vendors available by state.
(b) the number of H.S.A. compatible health insurance plans sold nationally

However, I have been unable to find a state-wise break-down of (b)
above anywhere -- this number, pointers to it, or informed guesses
that would estimate it is what I am looking for.

Many thanks.

If you can give us a direct link to an article or webpage that
provides "the number of H.S.A. compatible health insurance plans sold
nationally", that would be a big help in getting started.

Thanks,

I believe the national number was quoted in the magazine "Inside
Consumer Directed Healthcare" -- the issue dated 1/7/2005. I do not
believe this magazine is online -- a subscription link may be found
at:

Sorry I was unable to provide an online link.
