Dear cainasaurus,

Before I post this as an answer, I'd like you to have a look at it:

It is possible to register "Community Trademarks" and "Community
Designs"; these registrations protect the respective trademarks and
designs in all EU contries. Registration is possible via e-filing
through the EU Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OAMI),
so you would not even need a trademark agent. The entire registration
processes, as well as fees, laws and other aspects, are explained on
the OAMI website:

The Community Trade Mark
http://oami.eu.int/en/mark/default.htm

The Community Design
http://oami.eu.int/en/design/default.htm

Is this information what you are looking for? Please let me know.
Regards,
Scriptor
