Hi. I would like to know the name of a movie that I saw sometime
around 1988 in which there are greenish zombies (or something) that
live in the sewer. There is a scenerio within the film in which a
character mistakes a pair of legs sticking out of a hole for those of
his friend and the legs turn out to be those of a zombie thing.

Hmmm. Sounds suspiciously like "C.H.U.D.", (Cannibalistic Humanoid
Underground Dwellers), which was first out in 1984.
