The location is Fairfield, Connecticut

Regardless of what indications of price anyone here can give you, it
will still be a matter of getting on the spot estimates, three rather
than just two.
Since you have ground frost in your area, you should be sure that the
foundation is adequate, i.e., the cheapest offer may be inadequate in
that regard.
It is therefore also worth finding out what guarantee the constructor provides
(or may have to provide under Conn. law, 2, 5 years?).
