I'm an independent computer consultant - I'd like to sign up with
BancTec (and whoever else Dell outsources to in the NY metro area) as
a third-party dispatch tech to take care of Dell clients.
 I'm having trouble finding the right person at Banctec - I could sure
use some help...

Hi there...

Those are the channels I tried to use... and failed.

That's why I'm offering up $16 and a good tip to anyone
who can get me better contact info than just the 1-800#
and an email address. :)
