I need a 4-minute Ted Turner Public Forum speech for the below topic,
for *each* side of the issue:

Resolved: That, when a choice is required for public high schools in
the United States, government funding should prioritize vocational
education over college preparatory education.

In addition, I would like links to at *least* 25 articles online, or
works in print, that are relevant to the above, for *each* side of the
issue. Speech should be split into 3-4 main arguments, with subpoints
as necessary, citing and supporting *each* argument with at least 3
articles. We will pay you very well for a job well done and your work
will be used as a *basis* for debate rounds at the national debate
competition in Philadelphia next week. We want as much information as
possible on this topic as humanly possible!

Dear mrosson-ga,

You have asked for at least 50 links to articles plus reasoning and
arguments to support conflicting points. You also say, "We want as
much information as
possible on this topic as humanly possible!" All for $20, of which the
researcher gets $15!

I suggest that you either change the scope of your question or
increase the price. I invite you to review the following links to help
you get a better experience with Google Answers.
