I would like to send my 20 yeras brother to Canada to study and learn english,
our aim and target is 1. to make him able to use english in practical
life situatios and 2. also to prepare him to be accepted in one of top
univirsities in Canada, the second target is the most important,
his mother language is Arabic, and he has up
to 36 weeks for this.


Could you please recommend me  best and top five english Institutes or
centers in Toronto for this mission with thier addresses ?
And what kind of english programs you recommend for him ?
