Hi There!

1.  I read when stocks decline to $1, one of the following occurs within two years:

80% probability     Company goes bankrupt.  Stock declines from $1 to zero.
20% probability     Stock appreciates from $1 to $2 or higher


2.  A five-star answer would point me to this or similar research.  No
background information required;  this GA could be answered with a
one-sentence website.
