I am looking for the title of a movie that I saw some time around
1982-1984 (that is my best guess of the year it came out). This was a
REAL cheesy futuristic sci-fi action movie. I don't remember much
about the plot, but it was about a group of commandos with hi-tech
motorcycles (missles, machine guns, etc) and some high tech cars as
well. The last scene involves the main character on a motorcycle
getting chased by an entire army of bad guys and he presses a red
button (told ONLY to press it in emergency) and the motorcycle begins
to fly. The main character had full facial hair and the quality of
acting was a step above 1970's porn.

It sounds like you're describing "Megaforce" (1982).  A bearded Barry
Bostwick played the leading role.
