Could you tell me what the purpose of the question (homework question,
you have a firm, etc.), and what kind of sources you require, so I can
fit you the best answer.  I have a lot of information about this
issue, but the answer can vary depending on the reason you need it.

This question is for a course work and I would like you to base your
answer on UK and USA

I would add that it depends a lot on what country you are thinking of,
and whether you mean physical or electronic security (i.e.
cyberterrorism).

I too have a great deal of information on this subject, especially
cyberterrorism which I deal with on a daily basis, but don't know how
to proceed without more details about just what you need the
information for.
