Interesting question;

Here is some background, integrin4alpha is found as part of a
heterodimer with b1 on Natural Killer, B, T, Eosinophils, Endothelial,
Muscle, and Fibroblasts - it plays a role in T cell transedothetlial
migration.


The ligrands for a4b1 -- include, a4b1, a4b7, fibronectin, vcam-1, MAdCAM1 and TSP1.
