The current Atlantic (Jul-Aug 05), pp. 48-49 has a map that points to an answer. The CA sites are 'highly overpriced'. Portland, Milwaukee and Buffalo are merely 'overpriced'. Dallas and Columbus are 'underpriced'. The two most overpriced are Las Vegas and metro Washington DC. Syracuse, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Boise are the 4 most 'highly underpriced'. |
