Question ID: 530037
I'm looking for good protein products.

Goal is high protein for strength building, as replacements for 1-2
meals in a 6 meal a day program.

A few related questions:

1. What's the best protein bar? I'd like to get a good 30g or more of
protein in one, but without a ton of other junk. Most seem to be too
high in sugar or contain hydrogenated oils. Is there a reasonably
healthy one?

2. What's the best protein shake? Same goal as #2. I've used the
myoplex 42g product, which seems pretty good, but there's some
ingredient in there that seems to produce much gas making me rather
unpleasant to be around!

3. (This may be the same answer as 2) is there a high quality
unflavored protein powder that I could add to food or drinks to boost
their protein but without all the sugary vanilla/strawberry/chocolate
flavors that most of the shakes have?

For each of these, I'm just looking for one high quality product for
each, and a link to someplace I can buy it.

Thanks!

The best Protein products are undoubtedly made by Nutrilite, a 70 year
old Company now bought over by Amway Corporation. You can get details
on www.nutrilite.com.The products however are available only through
Amway distributors. If you need someone in your location to supply you
let me know....

The best protein product that I have seen on the market yet is the
protein power by Herbalife. It contains no sugar, just protein, that
can be add to any food. Has no taste, it takes on the taste of what
you are eating. Men need atleast 3 scoops to retain muscle. Let me
know if you are interested, it is only purchased through a
distributor. You can get details at
