how many music industry advice books for artists were published in 2004

how many volumes were sold in the US in 2004

bonus if you can find answers to these:

actually this is what i need:

how many music industry advice books were purchased AND/OR the sales
volume of those books.

i already got the statistic for the number of music books published in
2004 from bookwire.com Here are the links to that. Maybe someone can
