I am searching for a wedding or engagement type ring worn by Audrey
Hepburn that was either mentioned in an article or shown in a photograph
accompanying said article in Vogue, Elle or similar magazine within
the last year. It was a dainty little band with tiny stones, possibly
red or blue, that went all the way around. I would like a lead on
which issue of which magazine, or a photo of the ring or rings
themselves (there may be more than one).

there was an issue of In Style last summer (i read it in the beginning
of august, so probably august / july / maybe june) that featured
different engagement / wedding rings of famous women.  it included
audrey hepburn's rings, there were 3 simple bands ~ one gold, one
silver and one with sideways baguette diamonds going all the way
around it.  she switched between wearing different rings, and used
them as both engagement and wedding rings.  hope that helps...
