In psychological testing, a standard score generally refers to a
normally distributed score. So in my humble (and free opinion), I
would say relative position. For example, say a particular standard
score is normally distributed with a mean of 100 and standard
deviation of 15. If you are told that an individual has a standard
score of 115, you would know that individual falls at the 84th
precentile relative to the normative sample.

Correlations is the relationship between two variables, central
tendency is something like mean, median, or mode, and variability is
more like standard deviation. So I'm going with relative position.
